Re: Deepstacked at 10/20. How would you play this differently
I normally find myself check/calling the river in spots like this given the previous action in the hand. Thoughts?

[/ QUOTE ] agreed, it looks like hero is trying to rep the flush on the river almost, despite the fact that the only reasonable hands in our range as played that could have a flush are Asxs type hands. obviously PPs and anything with a 9 in it can't have the flush so betting out here gives the villain a good spot to bluff raise (especially if viallin holds As) definately check call this river, i think you are ahead here a fair bit but playing the hand so passivley on earlier streets makes the river so unclear in this spot. |

does ne one raise the flop here to get some value from aq, aj, a10, kk type hands and then fold to a 4 bet? how bout potting the turn and folding to a large raise? would this be a decent place to overbet the river about 1.2-1.5 times pot to rep a huge hand like a fullhouse so that villain is less likely to bluff shove, but still calling with aq, aj type hands? thoughts on this plz

Re: Deepstacked at 10/20. How would you play this differently
It's a pretty good spot for Villain to bluff since you rarely ever have the flush or QJ. It's also unlikely he has a 9 given the turn check. That's about all I have to add here.

flop and turn play leaves something to be desired imo, the 9 kinda sucks but checking two streets with this hand on this board is only good if you are sure he's gonna triple barrel or something.
