I doubt villain will call the shove with anything worse than a good king, seems like you are concentrating too much on protection when there are really only 9(?) scare cards. I just bet turn to 40 and then push the rest in on any river.

Really not worried about hand protection when it comes to the difference in shoving and betting 40ish.

As I said before, I really think betting 40ish with 83ish behind is stetchy and really narrows down our hand range in this spot.

This is true with some subset of villains, but I would imagine you make more off the people who may call with their draw a bet of 40 on the turn getting incorrect odds.

Shove, bet ~40, whatever... I don't think it matters too much, as long as you don't check.
