Perhaps. But I am not going to provide indepth analysis to someone who obviously thinks he is familiar with fundamentals, yet fails to follow the most basic of them.

First you learn how to value bet and protect your hand, then you think about multistreet concepts. You cant ride a car if you dont know how to start the engine.

Did you notice the red 'x' in the top corner of the screen? You can click that instead of 'reply' if you don't have anything to add.

FYI: OP is a decent HU limit player, learning NL. Such a switch could easily provoke a mis-applying of fundamentals (e.g. you take your NL fundamentals and try to play limit). He's not lecturing, he's typing out loud his thoughts so people can correct him.

That's why "NLHE T and P by Sk/Miller" isn't the best book for NL beginners.

I mean, what's the diff between shoving and getting called on the flop and getting it all in over multiple streets even if the 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] falls. I'm still getting paid by sets and understraights and I'm not folding.

I´m not sure if we are talking about the same thing but htere is a huge difference between getting a little money in as a favourite and the rest as a dog or drawing dead or getting most of the money in as a fovourite.

Well you were only about 60% - 40% on the flop, maybe you should keep that in mind...
