Someone my wife knew from college spent a couple of years as a professional dominatrix, and as far as I know, there was no sex with clients.

I worked with a guy who was into this [censored], except I'm pretty sure he only did the dom side. I can vouch for this, however: it is a sub culture and a society to itself. These people get together for conventions, parties, huge play time get togethers, and all kinds of things. It's something that a lot of people do 24/7.

Meh, I'm not interested in it to that degree, but to each his own. Obviously there's (x) amount of either dom/sub in each of us, and for some people it's strictly what gets them off/turned on, etc.
