I think it would be a great read if done by someone who is good at mtt play and if it was well written.

I'm actually considering doing something very similar to this for an upcoming issue of 2+2 Magazine. I would be writing an every hand account from a WSOP event I play in this year.

gus hansen was working/is on a book like this with his tournie hands, thats why you see him with a caseete recorder at the tables

The book is titled Every Hand Revealed and will supposedly be out next year according to Amazon. A poster in another thread indicated that it will be about hands Gus played in last year's Aussie Millions.
