I don't think you should bet the river, you're opponenents can easily put you on 9 lo our better, so you will only get called if villain has you beat.

However you may consider to call the 2bb on the river on a 17 bb pot. His raise could easily be some kind of reaction on seat 6 his stupid move.

I call the river, it is a superb spot for seat 1 to put in a raise for value against seat 6 and to push you out.
