Re: FTP still lagging?

I restarted my computer and it ran smoothly. I recommend that to anyone who is still lagging.

yep. Dunno what causes it but FT slows down everything.

I haven't experienced any lag since they fixed the update (4-6 tabling, with PT and PAHUD)

Seems to be working fine for me. Of course I only play one table at a time.

BTW, I doubled my bankroll today on FTP. I started with $9.00 (left over from several months ago) and ran it up to $19.45, all on ONE table.

I do like the new fast tables. Now if I can just get some money onto Full Tilt, I will give it a real test drive.

I tried it again today.

At first it seemed much better, only lagging two times in my first 45 minutes of play. Then I got lagged out from the blinds with AA against some fool who was raising me, get disconnected, disconnect protect doesn't work, I have to wait another 10 hands to sit in again, and while waiting I get lagged another 3 times. 6 laggs in an hour, numerous lost blinds and sitouts, folded out of big hands.

FTP, as is, is a money pit for me. Still unplayable. Though, I suppose, technically better than it was before. *sigh* See y'all in a month when they try again.
