You can't narrow down an unknowns range to this. You're playing 100nl, remember? People call raises with hands like Q9s/97s all the time (in regards to the "2 pair never" comment). If you still think his range is AA-QQ/flush/set and that no 100nl-player calls a $30 raise on the flop oesd+oc or tptk/nbdfd, then fine.

its the combo of calling the 3 bet and donking the flop and calling the raise, and donking again. all 4 events i think make it extremely unlikely

Would have liked to have seen more of your thoughts on what range you thought you were against. His push when the 3rd suit drops feels like a panic against what he is "protecting". Do you assume he has a set or AA? Not out of the question that he is playing A9 or JJ similarly? What about this board made you feel vulnerable with KK?

His flop donk seemed like he was protecting a monster. Then when I raised and he called I thought "shlt, here goes another kk vs aa, maybe he has QQ. Then the turn came, shlt, now we dont beat QQ, and then he PUTS me all in because the board cant get checked through or he might get drawn out on.

people dont just call 3 bets and raises oop and then put you all in on the turn without a monster, the more i think about it.. no... its still a bad call i made

Ben86, there are some places where you absolutely must call and take what's coming to you (either good or bad). This is one of those times. For the price you are getting along with the strength of your hand and the fact that villain is unknown, you're forced to call here. If this was an overbet shove or something, sure it's an easy fold. But when getting offered 3:1?

Awful, awful fold.

I think this is a good laydown for 2 reasons.

1.) the majority of the time nothing you beat is shoving against you here

2.) on the off chance he was playing with a diamond draw then he just hit it on the turn
