I'm bet calling a shove. Guys call 3bets with all types of crap these days. If you bet and he shoves he can have any As he could even have JsJx, TsTx. C/F is incredibly weak, you're 3bet eliminates a lot of the suited hands he could have that are made flushes. If you fold here you're folding because you pretty much think he has the nuts or has a set and there is no way his range is that small.
