Re: Tilt Prevention

I have found that playing a lot of ours a week has helped with tilt. In the long run i see that when i have the best hand it usually holds up. for me there is a dif between tilt and throwing tantrums at the table. I have been known to berate players and even shove my chips across the table, but i dont let it effect my play.

Phil helmuth is a perfect example of this. he has some of the best tilt control i have ever seen. He losses his mind after a bad beat but still plays well. just realize that you want people calling pot sized bets with fd's , if they hit that sucks, but in the long run its money in your pocket.

Without suckouts, the donkeys wouldnt stay to pass you their chips later.

If you have a great understanding of the odds, then why do you tilt?
