I actually adhere to lent fairly strictly, not because of religion, but its good timing before summer, I work out a lot, eat very strictly, smoke no cigarettes (I dont smoke very often), run, no booze except saturdays, no drugs at all, etc.

I should seriously use this time to quit alcohol for forty days, I sure a hell know my body needs it.

Personally I'm leaning toward giving up chocolate (which I might not have ate anyway), ice cream...or sex.

The last one should be a cinch.
