Overbets can be very nice sometimes on a board like this if you have the proper image and the opponents thing you missed your spade draw and are bluffing at it. Try to get a "heroic calling" call station player to do it.$$$$

Cool. I bet 500 after considering a push, but thought with my current image I wouldn't beable to sell air too easy. I thought 500 looked like something a weak tight kid would bluff for here.

He called and later claimed a J (straight) - I have a feeling he would have lead a straight at the end - but it's possible.
