I have no idea, that is what I'm on here trying to figure out.

I really do not see what I have to gain by coming on here and making this up.

I'm not saying you're lying, I'm saying you're a thousand times better off with this result than keeping your account and making a p2p transfer. But your tone makes it sound like you're pissed about it - why aren't you in relief mode big time about this?

Won't it take 6-8 weeks to get my check, though?

I would rather pay the extra $50 p2p transfer fee in order for me to get the money in my Stars account in a matter of seconds.

As soon as I recieve my return e-mail from the Neteller investigations department I will post it here.

Of course, I am sure I will get accused of making that up as well.

I have talked to 4 different NT CS agents and they have all said the same thing. The last guy I talked to didn't even know what a forum was.

Give the guy a break, as hard as this story is to believe, he would be going through an awful lot of b.s. to keep this "lie" going.

This is the first e-mail the investigations dept. sent me. It doesn't say too much, though.

Dear Mr. Derrick XXXXX,

I believe you already spoke with the Customer Service agent and were advised why your NETeller account was closed. Please be aware NETeller doesn't allow US clients to transfer funds to and from gambling merchants.

We notified our refund department and cheque with your balance will be sent to you.

Regards,

Eugene

I sent them another e-mail asking the exact reason my account was closed so hopefully they will get back with me soon.

Re: Alright, what is going on with Neteller?

I didn't want to start a new thread, but I just got off the phone with neteller. Called on Jan. 19th to ask the best way to withdraw ~1500, and was told to order an ATM card. I was told there would be around a 10 day wait (fine by me). Now I hear theyre suspending ATM withdrawals. So I call back today , and they tell me this is only temporary, but the avg mail time has been bumped to 21 days. I asked if the best chance of me getting paid the fastest was via check or ATM, and he said ATM or EFT will probably be the first method to resume processing.

So my question is...wait it out for one of these to come through or p2p transfer (I'd much rather have the cash than money on a site). Any input would be appreciated, as you guys are much more in the know than myself.

PS...it looks like the best way to get paid is to break the Neteller T+C, get your account closed, and have a check sent.
