i think the turn raise is fine if he's willing to fold to a 3-bet and the river raise is worse than the turn raise. villain's hand reeks of either a monster that is 3-betting or a desperation bluff that is folding to a raise anyway.

TOTALLY player dependent. Against some players I just call. Against others my finger hits the raise button before my brain has even had time to process his river donk.

I agree with this. I'd add that for me the population of players against whom I call is significantly larger than the "raise" population (particularly because the "raise and fold" pop is very small, and the raise and call pop is larger but still quite a bit smaller than the "call" group).
