I think the Royal Vegas skin in merging into Poker Host -- and since it is US-facing, that may be the origin of the rumor.

You mean Poker Time right?

"It appears that starting January 31st, Royal Vegas and 7 Sultans will be completely replaced by PokerTime. I will probably be removing all information regarding 7 Sultans and Royal Vegas before then. Starting February 1st, all Royal Vegas and 7 Sultans Poker traffic will be diverted to PokerTime. On February 20th, all players will be migrated to PokerTime, meaning that when you attempt to launch the software, it will be updated to PokerTime. All players will be able to log-in using their existing Royal Vegas and 7 Sultans account details."

This might be the origin of the rumor, since Royal Vegas is a US-facing site. Other Prima users might want to grab the Royal Vegas client and use the theme, since it is one of the more attractive ones out there.

They are all owned by Fortune Lounge. Kind of like when Belle Rock merged their skins into Gaming Club. Later they relaunched River Belle though.

Thank you for contacting DreamPoker Support.

I'm happy to say that all that is is a horrible rumor!

I have spoken to MicroGaming and they have confirmed that that is not true. We are still battling to get transactions through from the USA, but we are still welcoming players from certain states.

We hope you enjoy your stay with DreamPoker further and we hope that we will be of further assistance to you in.

Kindest regards,
DreamPoker Support

"I don't think there isn't much to worry about. The rumour is just a rumour, but a number of MG casinos will be leaving the market in the near future. Even so, you should still have a shot at these games at Roxy come Thursday." - Casinomeister
