Seriously, dont use the fact you are a "card carrying member of the douche club" or that the boss is a douche as an excuse for your very unhealthy behavior.

Not only do you take glee in the destruction of several peoples lifes, you want to actively participate in it. Thats not right and if youve got any decency in you it should be a wake up call to initiate some change.

My vote would be to stay out of it. However, if you were a true evil genius instead of just a douche you would demand oral in exchange for your ongoing silence (from her Im assuming. Not that there is anything wrong with that)
