checkraising fifth is v ugly as it forces even the dumbest of players to think about what you can have. check/calling is not the worst idea vs thinking players either, but at .50/1 you're on the wrong level. just bet/3 bet, if you're lucky he has a made 7 or something and will cap every street.

The thing about c/r any of these streets is that it's not good and makes not much sense. If the villain doesn't have a low he may check where he would have called. If he's got a smooth 7 or better he'll raise and we can 3bet.
