Given your read, it seems to me that villain either has 33, a pair and a flush draw (JTs, 9Ts), a straight and flush draw (AJs, AKs) or maybe AQ. I get it in. If he is a TAG like you say, he isn't playing KJs or J9s. Now that I think about it, a poorly played AA or KK could also be part of his range.

The flop lead seems a bit small. I make it at least $5.5 and obv 3bet push.
