but, the kid I talked this over with last night was also like "Utah...wtf?"


Its probably too high objectively, but I think Im biased towards nice outdoors type geograhpy (also, see: Colorodo)... Utah is also especically diverse in what you can see outside... also, sundance


If you stripped out the Mormon's it would be a contender for a top 6-7 IMO

CMI, you suck. Arizona right in the middle of the pack? GOOD ONE. Desert - meaning mild winters, not to mention millions of acres of pine forest, the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Monument Valley, and Sedona. Phoenix is an hour by plane from San Diego, LA, and Vegas and five hours by car from any of those, plus four hours by car to the beach in Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco). Not to mention the whole state is choose your own adventure on weather. If it's too hot or cold where you are drive a couple of hours max and you will have what you want.

I don't even know who beat it out I just scanned for AZ and realized your assessment was worthless at that point.

I guess the only thing I actualy know anything about on that list is UCLA, I stayed there for a little while, but I was never really impressed.
