Dumb question. Why is this thread (and another thread by the OP) labeled TPTK when the hands in both threads don't have the top kicker???

I don't play these limits, so that is always important. Preflop could be a fold, call or raise for me depending on villians. As a default though I think this a fold with an UTG raise.
