I hadn't even considered fold-equity here.

I think this was a simple question of making a call on the odds. I figured that with UTG+2 re-raising the hand from $2 to $8, he wasn't likely to fold, especially if I were to call and juice the pot even further. If so, I'm looking at about a $80+ pot.... and it will cost me about $23 to see two cards to hit the flush (I didn't consider the Ace to be enough to win the hand if it paired, but maybe I had partial outs there, for all I knew).
