Nothing wrong with it in a cash game. Different story in a tournament, where two players can influence the prize money EV a third player not in the hand.

I said there is nothing wrong with two people checking it down (and expressively agreeing to do so) in a HU pot.

what's reaally the difference. why would you object them chopping, but not agreeing to check it down.

i never said i objected to chopping unless there was a third person who was bet out and then they chopped. That is pure collusion.
