I did end up pushing, and the SB folded after thinking for a long time. My guess would be he had Ace queen/jack, or two diamonds (J10d?). I still think it was the right move, as it seemed to me that they were committed at that point, although I don't think a flush draw would make that small of a check raise (?) Again, not enough $150s to know this, thanks for all the input.

Also - my 5x raise upfront, I figured that I could still get action from a low PP or ak/aq, and possibly even repopped with a hand like that due to the raise being so big. Early like that, I worry about a 3x raise getting like a minefield of callers with suited connectors, low PP's etc .

Push is fine but i also don't mind a call since we have position IMO.

p.s. i don't think villain is folding a flush draw to a push on the flop
