Cause gays are like girls, they are overly sensitive...

This is common knowledge. I just don't see why anyone would need to defend something normal and natural. Unless, wait a minute, it's not normal or natural.

Disclaimer: I am not gay

Remember the Brady Bunch episode when the bully was making fun of Cindy because of her speech impediment? He would say to her, "Baby talk baby talk it's a wonder you can walk" and it would make her cry and feel real bad. Although her speech impediment was not by choice it made her feel different and awkward. I think queers feel the same way.

Addendum; Bobby smack da [censored] out of the bully and knocked his tooth out causing him to talk funny.

Addendum 2: I'm guessing no one in BBL have seen a Brady Bunch episode.

But speech impediments are never claimed to be normal. People with them admit they have a problem. I understand the point you are making none the less. I want to know what makes a [censored] tick inside when he sees a gay remark made on 2+2 and gets all defensive about it.

cos they think you are targeting them by your remark because they are gay. you are treating their gayness as a negative thing/reason to diss them

If a racial joke is made and someone is offended they might get mad or upset because that person made fun of them. Just like being ugly or fat, etc. But why the need to defend being gay if it's normal? You'd never see someone defending his race like ," Ya i'm (race?) so, you not comfortable with your race, is that why you make fun of mine?"

[/ QUOTE ]

So are you saying that if a black person gets offended when you make a racist joke, then it's because he knows that being black is not "normal"? What?

"I am in touch with my sexuality"

Wearing pink clothing is still gay though [censored] [censored].

Re: Somebody explain this to me

It's a sensitive joke because gays have historically been discriminated against, and have also been the subject of hate crimes. Far different from being fat or ugly, since there were never governmental acts of discrimination against fat or ugly people.
