Re: **Official uNL Microbrew thread: August**
Does anyone have any good links regarding table selection for 6max?
Are we looking for the loosest tables with the highest avg pots? Im a nit at 6max (16/9/3) but I think I have my best sessions at the tighter tables. Not enough of a sample to say for sure, its just a hunch. Seems my cbets add up at the tight tables. Thanks for any links/ideas. Im only playing 5NL so Im sure any open seat will be perfect but would still like to read some interesting stuff if possible. |

If you play a nitty style (and you play a real nitty style) you're going to be valuebetting way more than you'll be bluffing or semibluffing, so looser opponents that play garbage and will call down is ideal. cbets, while frustrating occasionally, are really a small part of your game, getting those big 25bb river valuebets with TPTK is way more important.

Re: **Official uNL Microbrew thread: August**
12th in, and I don't care about what you people say, although this session took place tonite on July 31st, I want to include it in an August thread because this is the best poker I've played in quite awhile. Not to mention that I didn't really run hot or anything, still lost a couple of pots with like AA < KK and QQ < KK
I made a ton of good reads and was fairly aggressive tonite, and thankfully it worked out for the best. Is a 5.5+ AF common? http://img161.imageshack.us/img161/2...nlstatsgs0.jpg http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/3...00750nlpd5.jpg |

What stakes do you play when you're in AC EMC? The name is Eric, correct? I'm afraid I might be trying out this local tourney on Aug. 17th, but I really could use a trip to AC soon!
