No it looked nothing like that video, lol

But I know I couldnt move my right knee for 5 minutes or so, then I heard a pop and I could move it. I dont know what else it could have been.

stuff rubbing together. or maybe there was a bit of air trapped and the movement released it, causing a popping sound. Does your knee currently feel injured or unstable? If no, you're probably fine.
