I haven't read the book, but it sounds interesting. I have a question about the chart that was linked above. Is the Huge/Big section right? It looks like a typo since it says >4xCPR, which is also how they seem to define a medium stack. I'm guessing this should be maybe 10xCPR or something? Or am I misunderstanding?

Given the discussion above in this thread about charts the authors will offering for sale, I doubt they will invest any time in proofing the charts available via the link.

You are incorrect. This is the "Online" version of KP. It is > 10x, > 4x, < 4x. The > 30x and >10x CSI are the same.

There are a couple of other mistakes in the chart. I am working on a corrected version that combines my original chart with this one. If I like it when its done, I'll post it here.
