Unknowns who put out weak donks usually (but not always) will fold when raised, so raising this flop (to about 3.0 - 3.5) is your best line. Take notes on how he reacts to your raise and use that info later in the session.

On the turn as played, raise. Make him think you slowplayed AA-JJ.

On the river, as played, bet a good sized amount. That's the perfect card the way you played the hand: Your AK or whatever just hit, and his mid pair is no good.
