1) I'm not in charge fo challenges, that's Diablo's thing.
2) I sort of agree with Kurosh that it's not a great idea and at least a little insane/sick. The people that agreed to it are adults though; I'm not going to whip them but I also won't stop anyone else from doing it.

I think as the coordinator, that task falls to you.

I think it's a safe assumption that someone that shows up will be willing to weild a belt. If need be we can even use my belt. However, I will not be personally whipping people, especially not people I'm actually friends with (RustedCorpse).

I am thinking about buying a digital camcorder since they are cheaper than I thought. I have a post in the computer forum with a couple questions I'd like answered before I buy it. If anyone here can help, you'd be facilitating the spreading of more Crimson-esque videos.
