I could see a turn call when villain puts you on a medium PP and tries to push you off. When he bets river again for half pot I don't think you are ever good anymore. So I would fold river.

Preflop is a fold probably, you could also 3bet 5 handed. Folding is the safe, standard way though.

I think preflop is a fold vs a 18/15, but how would you guys play AQ here?
Call preflop and call river?
