Re: Nl10, QQ clickraised on flop.
It is always suspicious when a call-station suddenly becomes very aggro post-flop. Do you have stats on his c-bet fold %? If this is high he very likely REALLY likes his hand and I would say fold. However, there is a lot of money in the pot so it could go either way. But my gut says you fold this to his most likely holding, which is probably a set.

Re: Nl10, QQ clickraised on flop.
I am getting it on in on this flop. Good overpair against a very loose 10NL player. I am not folding this hand at 10NL.

Re: Nl10, QQ clickraised on flop.
I just stoved pretty much this exact hand in this thread:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...=1#Post13114510 If you're getting 3-1 on his shove, then yah, call. You're ok with your 3-bet against this guy. You could make an argument either way though. Against a more standard opponent, don't 3-bet and try to get to showdown cheaply. |
Re: Nl10, QQ clickraised on flop.
I play it the same.
Check call is terrible. If he has us beat he can value bet us, if he has top pair or something weaker he can take free cards and get a cheap showdown if he doesn't hit. Min raise can be a lot of things. |
Re: Nl10, QQ clickraised on flop.
I would insta shove/call this hand. No way should you fold or c/c.

[ QUOTE ]
In English it is min-raise, I think in Danish (?) it is clickraise. Anyway, I think I call the flop and check the turn. Then see what he does. [/ QUOTE ] With 10x the pot, there isn't much room for calling and seeing what he does. If you call, pot is like 3.25. He bets 2, and you call. So now the pot's 7.25, you've each got roughly a PSB left on the river. Do you call a shove? Are you check-calling any non-A/K/club turn/river? What's his PFR calling? He could have AT-JT, a set, AQ or AK of Clubs. You're 44% against that range, and getting 3:1 to call. I'd call his shove. |
Re: Nl10, QQ clickraised on flop.
