Don't check to induce from loose/passives without a good read otherwise. Your comment about suspecting that their betting range > calling range couldn't be farther from the truth. Shove the river. As played, folding the river would be criminal. Rest of the hand is obviously played fine.

PS: Commerce is a rock garden. Stay away.
