I like betting a bit more preflop. If we are stuck with TPTK on the turn and villain decides to get agressive it's hard to get away from it but we have a lot to risk left in our stack. Betting bigger preflop and on the flop will make it easyer.

This turn is a definate call, but I hope you figured that out

I like a checkraise better though. Villain check/called the flop so he likely has a weak ace or maybe a jack. There are no real draws to worry about. If he has a weak ace he's certainly betting it if you check and if he has a jack he's folding to a bet anyways, so a check/raise is great here IMO.

I can't check/raise here, I'm in position. Although, if he's got a big hand (in his mind), your analysis fits his check/raise pretty well, given how I played the flop.

ugh Id probably muck If I havent seen Villain go out of line yet
AJ JJ A5 55 all the hands a villain might have and he knows we like our hand on AXAX board

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, but this is very often AQ, AT-A6, A4, A3, A2.
JJ is unlikely IMO as the hand played out.
A5 is also a bit unlikely. Would villain call this flop with two pair very often?

Also; would villain play such a weak kicker if it's not suited? If your answer is yes I think we can put him on AJ, A5 and 55 and all the other Ax hands that we do beat.

If your answer is no it's AJ, 55 that beat us and AQ, AT and AXs that we do beat.

I think this is an easy call

Whoops, misread .

I like a pot sized bet and a call here in that case.

This is perfect in my opinion, including the size of the turn bet (leaves less than a psb on river).

We have nothing to protect on turn, we're way ahead or way behind -- most likely way ahead, so we should get value but not blow villain away. A small bet can induce a bluff or convince some Ax hands to push as well.

snap call and if you lost to AJ or 55, so be it. I see absolutely no reason to chk behind on turn.

It's not a c/r all in bluff...its Ax a lot of the time.

Could you actually fold this sightless?

It doesn't have to be a bluff. There are a ton of hands that could play it this way and not be bluffing.

Wow I would never ever even consider folding this. I'm absolutely delighted when he pushes the turn.

Snap Call.

Villian's range here includes any Ax. You are way ahead. If he holds AJ, JJ, or 55 this is a bad cooler indeed.
