I'm familiar with all the games you are talking about, and can tell you that it doesn't much matter. The rake is high and the dealers are so slow, that all you can do is be ready to play the best available game open. The uncapped 5-10 NL game is still a great game and easily the most profitable as long as you are willing to pass on the game whne it's bad or your not playing well or running very good. 10-20 and 200 capped NL are about the same in earning potential since the avg small stakes NL player in Michigan casinos are worse than the avg 10-20 limit players in my opinion.
