I quess folding isn't terrible against an unknown, but i'd call and re-evaluate the turn since we are IP. Too many draws here to fold the flop.

I like the fold as against an unknown who knows what his range is. Could be just a 10, Ad10d, AKd, QJ, a set, K10. I'd wait for a little more information on villain before getting into a big hand with him, that way you'll be able to know more about his range and tendencies.
