Wow this is a tough spot. I think in real life I would end up calling and feel stupid when he turns over deuces.

But I think this should be a fold considering how deep you guys are. There aren't really any plausible worse two pair hands and he doesn't sound like he's aggro enough to be pushing that hard with a flush draw or overpair.

this is a fold vs. an ABC player. i think you see a set almost always. i doubt he limps AA/KK utg (well maybe).
