Re: FT200 I can has showdown? No?

I'd fold the flop in hand 1 because there's still loose CO left to act, things are usually gonna get ugly on the turn.

Hand 2, sucky river card, it being bvb might lead me to call some times here, but folding is fine too.

Nielso,

Good to see you've continued to work so much on your game and are now successful at 200NL.

I have been out of the online poker world for sometime now, nevertheless I can't resist the allure of 2+2 and would try some very different things in these hands.

In hand 1 I think leading the river is an interesting and higher EV decision.

In hand 2 I would lead flop often, this being dependent of villain's 3-bet preflop frequency.

You don't include your table image (stats from this session would be helpful.) Such information always greatly affected my decisions, against some opponents betting the river in hand 1 would be horrible. I have PT at 0500 in the morning tomorrow and really need to hit the rack, but will hit this thread up over lunch tomorrow.

Best wishes,
Quark

Results:

I am villain in both hands. Hand one I have 22 and TAG villain folds quickly. Hand two I have 7h8h and villain calls with AdKd (lol). I thought that villain was TAG also, but turned out to be much laggier, like 26/19 and fold to 3-bet% of 30%, which is extremely low.

Why didn't you bet the turn in both hands? Especially hand one.

You are villain in hand 2 so when you say you had 78, and the Hero has TT who has AdKd?

Nobody had TT.

why do this, just post the hands as played. is there something you want to learn? ask the questions you want to learn the answers to instead of making people guess at scenarios that didn't actually happen. (and hoping to find your answer amongst theirs.)

Fake hands: Fold both, I don't think they're very close you're usually getting towned by these type of players.

Real hands: Bet 22 on the turn. It's way better than betting the river imo, draws possible, higher fe vs higher pairs etc.
