Well you really haven't given us any pertinent info. Whats his 3-bet calling range? How often have you been 3-betting? Whats your current image? etc etc

Any of that would help work towards some sort of flop plan.

I'd be more afraid of JJ, if he's a good tag he's raising more with draws.
I can see a fold here

ok you're right. Here's what I really mean.
If I know he's going to call the flop if I shove and he'll be slightly behind with a flush draw open ended draw or combo. Is that better than calling the flop bet, taking the risk of a safe card and having him either bet/fold or check/fold a blank turn?

said another way, am I better to take the risk of him catching me with 2 cards but winning a bigger pot, or using pot control to only play a safe turn to win a smaller pot.

Why'd you choose a bad flop bet size? Bet 65 and shove over a raise.

As played, he made stacks totally suck for you and calling is the only play.

I think flop bet size is fine. Doesn't cts recommend cbetting a little over half pot in 3bet pots for various good reasons.

Anyway, I never fold anything good in 3bet pots. When players call a 3bet, they never have implied odds to outflop you so can only make that call profitable with a lot of bluffing.

Shovey/shovey.

BTW. If you think he is more likely to raise the cbet because it's half pot that's great in this spot.

Anyone think there is a chance he was pre-flop with KK and when you did your raise he wasn't 100% you weren't on AA, or thought you could be pushing with AK, AQ. So figured he'd buy into the flop and see what happens.

With no A hitting only hand likely you had left that wins is AA, so definately a bet of hime every time, hence the raise.

Re: $400 AQ TPTK

so u have him on 9Thh specifically?
I cant imagine him calling your 3b w/ KThh?

What do you play to do with a K, 8, or heart turn?

fold?

if so, just shove, because your equity will be a bit higher on the turn but he will still call you and you have to dodge river and s

^that was original thought but leads me to realize if you have him on that narrow of a range you should obv call and play turn.

However, I really dont think it is fair to say this is his range unless you have super reads (maybe u do)

and gam...what about hero holding QQ/JJ?
