It's called tax evasion and in most parts of the world considered illegal.

Do you set down your name in the scroll of youth, that are written down old with all the characters of age? Have you not a moist eye, a dry hand, a yellow cheek, a white beard, a decreasing leg, an increasing belly? Is not your voice broken, your wind short, your chin double, your wit single, and every part about you blasted with antiquity? And will you yet call yourself young?

So I can basicly transfer my money from stars to neteller to party poker? That would be pretty funny, and prove how pointless the law is atm. I don't see how this would not be legal?

How big is a small cashout and how often can I cashout, so banks aren't required to report it?

Say a maximum of $1000 and a maximum of 1x per week?

Obviously this differs per country, but what is a good estimation for this in the EU?

Cash out with your Neteller Card, as simple as that.

I think that is reasonable. In fact I read something about how the new rules for licenses in the EU is simply because the goverment don't have resources to trace down all the people who earn "small amounts" online. I think taxing on poker is kinda ridicules, you can't even subtract your loses or your expenses like a new computer, internet costs ect. Which makes it one big fat joke imo. I'm gonna look into neteller, I don't know much about it. It's safer because theres a much slimmer chance neteller will report the money to the goverment? I don't worry too much. I heard that banks mostly report money if they suspect it's illegal like from drugs ect. and usually it has to be pretty substantial amounts

Move to France! Games of chance aren't taxed here; as long as you have another 'official' source of income to declare.

So that's me done with step 1.

Step 2. Learn not to lose. [That one still needs some work.]
