CTS posted elsewhere that he withdraws from FT by wire transfer, prob. Sbrugby does the same.

This is an easy one, its not like a FTP rep walks into a bank with 500K in cash and says i want to wire this to SBrugby. FTP obviously has bank accounts that hold all the players money. They call the bank and tell the bank to send another bank money, and as far as both banks know its just a transfer from bank to bank not a transfer from online poker site to bank.

1) Cashing out from a poker site to your bank is not illegal, depositing is.

2) They don't know its coming from an online poker site and as long as he reports taxes to the IRS, who cares?

3) Even if it were illegal he still has to report and is not incriminating himself... same way drug dealers get to report taxes and not get arrested.
