yup, moderators exercise discretion in their decisions and there's a double standard for established posters.

hey i'm not happy about it either, but that's how things are here. imo if mods are gonna be banning people for violating the rules, the rules should be articulated more clearly, and when enforced, the rules shouldn't be enforced arbitrarily. But complaining about it is like complaining that it's raining.
