Looks like there's a lot more debate about the actual outs that HERO will have. I think assigning 6 full outs is definitely being over optismistic. 3 outs may be on the overly conservative side. I think i good number would be 4-5 outs. If 5 outs, I need pot odds of 8.20:1, but pots only laying me 7.5:1. Even accounting for the river bet I might win if I hit, it's peeling very very thin.

Any reads on your opponents? Do they realize you’re obviously holding overs? If they do, your implied odds are weakened. I’m convinced your king outs are clean, don’t know about the ace outs.

Does BB bluff much?

The one going all-in could be just donating his last chips, could just as well have hit the flop.

I don’t know, I’d probably find a fold here.

AK is hell when it doesn’t hit the board and three opponents are with you on a reasonably drawy board. We’re lucky we got a free turn card, didn’t help. A-high without enough odds does not look very good. Muck…
