just an aside here. why do you guys post win rates? it has absolutely nothing to do with how you are playing.

Instead of putting 1.5bb/100 this month, you should put

dont tilt
don't play when Im tired
don't play at bad tables
don't outlag lags.

the win rate, even if you play 20K hands, is so insignificant.

2)read small stakes hold'em winning big with expert play
3)1bb/100 rating
4) Stop [censored] -1700$ in three days
5)stop tilting and calldown every pot high Q
6)play poker and don t open tables and do everything except playing poker.

3. Every day does not have to be a winning day.
4. Take more shots...stop being a bankroll nit.
5. Widen opening/defending/isolating/re-stealing ranges.
6. Don't call the river vs a solid player if you can't think of a single hand you can beat.
7. Keep working on PLO game.

1) Live 31 more days
2) Spend the 31st day away from home celebrating my survival so I don't have to keep on listening to my dog bark at the door every two minutes because someone else wearing strange costumes is knocking wanting food.
3) Play and read about poker 2+ hours a day.
4) To continue to not focus on bad beats and remain tiltless while playing.
5) Improve my counting outs skills.
