Surgery can help, but it generally increases girth rather than length, can misfire (ranging from little improvement to catastrophic), is expensive and painful.

Penis pumps actually do work ...from what I've read. BUT, you need to use them regularly AND they only make it slightly bigger. Once you stop using it regulariy it will go back to its normal size.
