The only danger of continuing to raise preflop is that you're tying him to the pot. Especially true given that he had maybe 10 BBs total in his stack, at this point.

Regardless of the preflop action, however, your postflop play was perfect, by the way.

Somebody took me 12 bets preflop with Q9o in the SB when I had aces in the BB the other day. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say without looking at your own hand, your completely random hand range is about even money against his. If you wanna liven up the game then just keep raising. Otherwise, what you do depends on your hand.
