In a situation like this, his cbet always makes me sigh because its so weak and I realize right there that there is s strong chance the he missed the flop and I wont be getting value from an A. Regardless I still think that you have to lead flop or c/r flop if villain has a high cbet%. There is a heart draw out and his cbet, although unlikely, could be a block bet to a draw. River bet is fine, but you have a better chance of getting value here early rather than late.

Lead with intention of a B3B, or c/r. c/c this board is very bad. Your whole line reeks of FPS and you lose a ton of value.
