Re: NL Bots on Full Tilt

I found it odd that SukitTrebek was back online yesterday playing 1/2 NL on Full Tilt. This was the first time I had seen him since this initial post. Strangely as far as I know he hasn't said a word ever since the week this whole thing started?

2. I'm betting that FTP reinstated those accounts and is watching them very closely, to figure out how they got around FTP's security measures. Once they figure out exactly how those bots are running, FTP can then adopt security measures to stop them. However, they cannot figure out how they're running if they just ban them right away. Hence, this way, FTP can prohibit more bots in the future by catching these guys in the act.

Yep, I'm a member on FTP Forum, and I have like 2500 posts there, I'm one of the original people there on the forums. Usuaully, they buy the item, give you the confirmation E-Mail, then you ship them the money. You must be very cautious, though, if it's a newbie seller with 0 references.

If you do plan on buying anything, try to find good sellers. We have a sticky there that shows legit sellers and references.

Eventually, there is no doubt that bots, especially if allowed by the sites, will become sophisticated enough to beat good poker players.

The above idea is a myth.
The AI field is advancing VERY slowly...
And world class AI in rogue Bots is many years away.

Why?
Because the best minds are NOT working on Poker Bots.

oh rly!

I just dealt with MarioJR on full tilt and lost some cash to him. But do you want to see what i did? I wrote a post on the full tilt board and IMMEDIATELY got responses from ONLY Full tilt forum pros and moderators, no players.

Also, not only did i get responses from them, but EVERY single one of those responses came defending MarioJr's play in very very strange language...it's actually kind of eerie. They were completely ignoring my accusation and going straight for the concept of the play which btw, matched exactly what SukitTrebek was talking about.

Check it for yourselves.

I think you should read what they said. Most of it makes sense. I mean the guy did have AK so... didn't look fishy to me. You should have raised another 14 on flop to see where you were. Insread you put in 80 and never had a clue where you stood.

I just replied to your thread on Full Tilt. You're being a little paranoid. Everybody knows that the "bot" accounts play very systematically. Everything about the way that hand in your post was played is very normal. I explained within the thread that the asking for time is simply the result of the script they are using.

I am one of the people on the Full Tilt forum. What exactly are you telling me is "full of crap". All you've shown to anybody thus far is "evidence" proving you're not playing sound poker. You're a minraiser too from what I've seen in past hand histories. You might as well have a film cannister as your avatar.
