this is my initial import, from txt files exported from PT.

would i be better off stopping this and reverting back to an earlier version to finish the import?

[/ QUOTE ]

Nah, just stop the import. I'll get a version out tonight that should be faster.

Someone brought this up in another thread and they make a good point. The numbers for winrates are off:

There's an example. Wtf?

Yeah, wondered about that as well. Is rake not deducted when calculated bb/100 or something?

There is a big rounding bug in the report definition files for bb/100. I'll put updated versions of the reports in the next update zip - you can do it by manually editing the file - basically open up the xml file in the reports folder and change

Sum(PH.NetAmountWon/GT.BigBlind) as TotalBBs

to

Sum(PH.NetAmountWon/1.0/GT.BigBlind) as TotalBBs

What does the fish list do? When I try to use it I get these two errors:

Re: New Software: Holdem Manager

And a question on importing hand histories. I'm currently importing hands with both PokerTracker and Hold'em Manager. What do you think will be a good way of doing the import. Not move hand histories at all? Currently I have PT importing and moving processed hand histories and HE Manager auto-importing from both the current and processed history folders. This might be slowing things down for HE when the processed hand history folder has too many files I'd imagine.

I got PostgreSQL installed (finally!) but now I get a "connection actively denied" error. Anyone?

[/ QUOTE ]
Did you install as a service?
If yes, look in task manager and see if there are several instances of postgres.exe running after rebooting. There are/should be 4 instances.
If it is not running try and start PostgreSQL Database Server xx.xx in services.msc and change start up type to auto.

I understand the first two paragraphs (and incidentally, there are no instances of postgres running), but you lost me on the last one. Where do I change this and how? thanks in advance

Re: New Software: Holdem Manager

Start -> run -> services.msc -> scroll down to PostgreSQL Database Server -> rightklick -> properties -> run type : automatic and service status : running

Re: New Software: Holdem Manager

I noticed a bug (maybe I'm just too stupid?) when using the replayer.
I'm using Holdemmanager for just 3 days and if I doubleclick or rightclick -> replay hand it only replays hands from the 13th and 14th of November. No hand from the 15th is working, I don't know why.
Maybe it's because of the 0.55 update?
Best regards.
