Here's my essay topic for Crash/Babel paper. Ideas SSNL? FWIW my teacher hates me and I won't do well on this essay no matter how good it is.

1. The titles of both movies serve as plot linchpins as well as metaphors for some of the central notions of both films. Make an argument about how the film gains substance and meaning from both titles—as subject and metaphor. In what particular ways are the discourses in each film—around alienation, connection, power, privilege, race, nation and identity—similar and not?

fk me it just took me about 7 hours to get home from London on what is like a 2 hour car drive. I are tired, bored and pissed off. Added to this the fact I got very little sleep over the weekend because of tufat's fog-horn-like snoring. Quick wank and off to bed for me I think!!!

Welcome to the club bro. That pretty much sums up what I went through this summer. I was gonna move with her to Sweden where she started studying, that was one of my main motivations to go pro.

Later I found out the reason she left me was because she had been cheating on me and although their relationship didn't work out (it was basically a one night stand), her feelings for me cooled down after that.

Result: Life tilt and a -$4k month. Took me about 2 months to recover. Now I'm back and killin'.

Lesson: Don't play poker when you feel emotionally unbalanced.
