i love her, but she's probably not getting that nice of a ring b/c i'm pretty sure that she'd like a 1c big stone with a great cut/color more than a huge monstrosity of a ring.

Brag: I rent a big apartment with a friend (he owns it) for about half the market value.

Beat: My friend is bipolar and severely depressed. It has really affected my mood.

Variance: I'll probably need to buy my own place very soon, which will be expensive but a great life improvement imo. I don't have much capital so I will be mortgaged up the ass.
